Novi Marikena
Pou Arahi Tikanga
Over 30 years experience in kaupapa Māori education and cultural leadership spanning kōhanga reo through to whare wānanga and advisory roles across the Ministry of Education, Auckland University, Auckland Council and Tāmaki Paenga Hira. Novi brings a deep cultural expertise to strengthen tikanga and Māori practice across Te Pā.

Experience – 20 years’ experience in HR, with over a decade at Senior Management level in leading ER, IR & workplace culture across Aviation, Defence, and Social Infrastructure industries.
